These Terms of Service govern your use of the website boostlab.lt operated by FANARI OÜ (BoostLab). By accessing this website, you agree to these terms.
BoostLab provides web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, SMM and technical support services. All project details, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon individually and documented in separate contracts or proposals.
All prices displayed on this website are starting prices and serve as a general reference. Final pricing is determined after a detailed consultation and depends on the scope, complexity, and specific requirements of each project. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Typically, projects require an advance payment before work begins. Specific payment schedules are agreed upon in writing before project start.
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the deliverables as specified in the project agreement. BoostLab retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Estimated timelines are provided in project proposals. Delays caused by client feedback, content delivery, or scope changes may extend the timeline. BoostLab will communicate any significant changes to the schedule.
BoostLab provides a warranty period as specified in individual project agreements (typically 1-3 months). During this period, bugs and issues directly related to the delivered work will be fixed at no additional cost. Extended support is available as a separate service.
BoostLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
Our projects may integrate third-party services (payment processors, hosting providers, APIs). BoostLab is not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of third-party services.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the individual contract. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
